Wholesaler Terms & Conditions


Minimum Orders:
There is a $250 minimum spend on each order. Which can include all items in our catalogue. Each skincare product has a minimum order of 15 units. 

Submitting Orders:
All orders are processed through our website through the ‘Wholesale’ Section. Once you have been approved as a stockist you will be issued with a logon and password, which will give you access to our online wholesale ordering system.

 

Multi-Packs:
Our multi-packs are available for purchase by our online customers only, and are NOT available for purchase by our stockists.


Shipping:
A flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 is placed on all wholesale orders. This amount is subject to change. International orders shipping rate will be confirmed with stockists at the time of approval.

 

Stockist Exclusitivity:
As we are a boutique brand, we stock a maximum of 3 stores per region (excluding major capital cities). There is a limit of 1 store per street/shopping centre. We also have a minimum distance of 5km between bricks and mortar stores.


Shipping Issues on Online Orders:
Please be sure to double-check your ship-to address upon check out, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping address errors. It is your responsibility to make sure your order is going to your exact address when you review your order information.



Turn-Around Time:
Orders are filled and shipping within 1-2 business days from the day you order. The only exception to this is weekends and public holidays.


Reporting shortages /incorrect items: Please let us know immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order if incorrect or unordered items have been sent with your delivery. Contact info@chamonixrainorganics.com


Damaged Items/ Customer returns:
Should a customer return any ChamonixRain Organics items to you that is damaged or broken due to material failure or workmanship issues Please call or email us with details of the defect. We are happy to replace the item for the customer, however we require the product to be sent back to us in Head Office. Each return must only be sent back to us upon request and approval of returning the faulty item and a photo may also be requested to be text or emailed through to us prior to returning the item.


Faulty Items:
Each of our products undergo quality checks however we also urge you to also inspect all the items in your shipment carefully for defects in stitching or any other quality issues. We are happy to issue replacements when the defects are reported to us within 2 weeks of you receiving your shipment. However items not reported to us within this time frame will not be accepted for return and replacement or refund.


Returns:
If you are returning a faulty product, please ensure that you contact us by email first explaining the quality issue prior to returning it - ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging. Please treat your return just like a return in your own store.


Backorders:
Only those products which are in stock and available for purchase will be listed on our website. We update our online stocked products daily, so any products which are currently unavailable will be marked with ‘Out of Stock’. If you would like to order an out of stock product, please contact us via email for an anticipated availability date.

Resale of ChamonixRain Organics Products:
You will find our suggested and recommended retail price on all of our products on our website. This however is a guide, you are welcome to set your own retail price and mark-up however we strongly advise that all items are sold at a reasonable retail markup. To ensure we keep it fair across the board of our wholesalers, we do not accept anyone reselling our products at wholesale or near wholesale prices, or on Ebay. We reserve the right to refuse future business with you.  

Removing ChamonixRain Organics Tag / Labels:
All ChamonixRain Organics tags are to remain on our products at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale business with anyone reported to have removed our labels and using their own in their place.


Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all payments are made securely through our website via PayPal. We do not offer terms or ship COD. We do NOT accept AfterPay or American Express Payments for wholesale orders.


Online Payment & Security:
Online payments are processed via secure PayPal payment gateway. ChamonixRain Organics website is secured by GlobalSign encryption SSL Certificates.


Mind-Changing Clause:
If we ever decide to change our minds about any of the above, update pricing or minimums, or discontinue certain styles and colours, we may do so at any time.


Sale Items:
We reserve the right to hold sales on any products in our online store and also sample and second sales in our warehouse at any time.


Images:
Once you have been approved as a wholesaler, you have permission to download and use any of the images relating to our products which you are selling in your store or online. If you require higher resolution images please contact us and we can organise to have them emailed out to you. However our images are only to be used in association with promoting our range and not for personal use.


Application to wholesale:
To further ensure we are only selling to true retailers and online businesses, we ask all potential retailers to complete our wholesale application form. We will carefully review and those businesses approved will receive a confirmation email along with their username and password within 1-2 businesses working days. We reserve the right to deny and approve those businesses we believe will fit in with the ChamonixRain Organics branding, and also discontinue wholesaling to any businesses who are found to not adhere to any of the listed terms and conditions.
